Makes enough for 10 guests

Ingredients for the Clementine Syrup (yields 750ml)

300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g granulated sugar

To make the Cocktail (makes 850ml, to serve 10)

400ml premium vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine cordial (see above)
A few cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing

Directions

To prepare the Syrup: Put the listed items inside a pot, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, mixing so the sugar melts. Next, turn off the stove allowing it to reach room temperature entirely. Decant into an sterilised bottle, cap it and store in the refrigerator, where it will keep for around four weeks.

To make Batch Mix: Mix every spirits and syrup in a large bottle, let it rest for 60 minutes, then strain preferably using cheesecloth, to ensure it's perfectly clear.

To serve: Add 85ml of your batch mix into a cocktail shaker packed with ice, and stir carefully for a minute to chill. Strain to a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, decorate with some cranberries and finish by giving it a light spray with the mandarin essence above the glass.
